The bustling Marina of Cala en Bosch is conveniently located just a short walk from Villa Sarbocer, with a wide selection of restaurants, shops and bars to choose from. The beautiful golden sandy beach is within easy reach and just a little further is Son Xoriguer where you can find a variety of water sports available.
This stylish, modern villa has been beautifully designed with comfortable furniture and all the mod-cons necessary to ensure a relaxing holiday. The 3 bedrooms have the comfort of air conditioning to help with those hot summer nights whilst the inviting water of your private pool is great for a cool down when topping up your tan on one of the loungers. The shaded terrace is a great place to relax with a good book and outdoor dining facilities make outdoor living easy when cooking up a feast for the family on the brick barbeque.
The villa is on one level. To access the villa there is a path which is 200cm wide, leading to the front door which is 90cm wide. The lounge door is 260cm wide and the kitchen/dining room door is 70cm wide. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 250cm wide, the path to the pool is 300cm wide. The outside ground are flat and even. The pool has steps.
