The location of Villa Xoric is superb, just a short walk from all of the resort facilities, Xoriguer Beach and the marina of Calan Bosch. This impressive villa with private pool is set over 3 levels with a spacious lounge and sea views from the first floor. All 5 large bedrooms have their own en suite shower and balcony too. What's not to love? WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms are included.

Villa Xoric is located on a corner plot and is a short walk from the picturesque sweeping cove of Son Xoriguer. There's also a small commercial centre with, shops, a mini market and restaurant nearby. The heart of Calan Bosch is at the beautiful marina, ¾ mile away - surrounded by eateries and shops coupled with a great view over the bobbing boats. It's an ideal spot to sit and enjoy a refreshing cool drink and watch the world drift by.
