We did not have a problem with our stay. Staff was friendly and we were satisfied with our room. The only complaint I have is there was a stain or spot on one of the double bed covers. It was not a problem we slept in the othet bed.

Outdoor pool was closed down. Pool view room double beds is what we thought we were receiving had tons of over grown grass weeds and cigarette butts on patio. Shower would not drain. AC unit had no knobs and was covered in dust.

Check in took about an hour and the rooms were not cleaned at all. Stayed for a week and never got room service. All the doors to the building that said you needed a room key were all opened so security is an issue. Just wasn’t a pleasant experience

We have stayed at this location several times when it was a DoubleTree and had a great experience. When we arrived we waited in line for about 90 minutes before we were checked in. The hotel had run an online special and were swamped with bookings. Lysa at the front desk was amazing and I applaud her for keeping her cool. As far as the hotel goes, 2 out of 3 elevators were out of service, at 8:30pm there were mountains of dirty laundry stacked in the hallways, the room was musty, had no soap for the sink, the shampoo was empty, the A/C kept resetting to 83 degrees and the carpet looked like it was well past it's lifetime. Not sure we will try this hotel again. :-(

It took an hour to check in, 45 minutes into the wait, they tell me I have sign the waiting list. I get to my room an was getting ready for bed. I pulled the sheets back to find dried blood on them. The following morning I go for breakfast and come back. Pull the chair out to find food crumbs and grease on the chair.

We are hoping that this property is undergoing renovation. The grounds are trashy. The outdoor pool is closed for some reason in July. The air conditioning does not seem to be working in any of the main areas of the hotel. The main elevators are not working at all. There are areas in the hallway that are just littered with trash. There are linens from the morning all throughout the hallways even through the entire evening. The check-in process took around 45 minutes, and there were only four or five people in line ahead of me.

Access from the highway is very good. The side doors were jammed open with stones to stop them for closing. I kept closing them and the staff on duty seemed helpless in managing this issue as there was just 1 person at the desk. The understaffing of the front desk was a real issue, as I had to wait in queue for close to an hour at 11:00pm to checkin. The bath was blocked and had drain backflow coming in. Understaffed, unsafe and badly maintained.

This property was acquired by another and was not maintained. A long walk to the elevators needed. Dirty floors unswept, pool looked filthy and the guests in it were noisey, too many in it and smoking inside. The group I was with was treated poorly by staff upon arrival and their rooms given away. One staff member stated they could not find their room as they didn’t check in on time it was sold. However another found it immediately causing undue stress and emotions. Cops roaming lot and making everyone feel like criminals. Breakfast was available however nobody attending to it to purchase. Long check in times, assuming due to staff not liking job which they stated during arrival. Location was perfect for our purpose but based on everything else, this is a hotel we won’t use again.

JUST DISAPPOINTED

For starters, I had such high expectations. The lobby looked cool, counter staff was bothered by previous guests checking in and assumed we had the same issues or concerns. Anyways, went to the room and neither key worked for a while, then one of them allowed us entry. Entered the room; it was clean. Our 7-year-old daughter was excited, which was a plus. Our home had a power outage, so we needed the room for one night. Additionally, we had a funeral for my husband's Uncle earlier that day. Laid down about 12 am to be awakened at 1 am by, people tampering with our door handle and jiggling it. I looked out the peephole to see a couple of young ladies twerking and dancing. I laughed that off and laid back down. Next we hear doors banging, running up and down the hallways, and loud slamming of doors. That woke my husband! He went to the front desk to complain. The same gentleman who checked us in stated he was dealing with another issue, wrote down the room number, and said he'd deal with it afterwards. Cool. But the sounds continued for a while. We checked out at 8 am, mentioned it to the new shift, she took the time to receive our report and document it. She could not find anything from the gentleman who received the concern. I didn't collect her name, but tell HER.... THANK YOU FOR BEING A VALUABLE EMPLOYEE AND PERSON !!!
