The room was clean. The staff checked in to make sure we were comfortable. The text feature was a nice touch.Front desk staff nade me uncomfortable at times when i wanted to charge things to my room. Staff asked for my room number and last name in prescenc3 of other guests. That felt unsafe for me as woman.

We were switched to three rooms due to the conditions of the first two rooms. The first room there was a red stain on the carpet, the T.V screen was broken, the phones didn’t work, the sprinkler head was hanging off the wall and someone else’s charger was plugged into the bedroom wall. The second room the phone didn’t work, when checking the bedding there was blood on sheets which I went to wash my hands immediately which we discovered either snot or other bodily fluids on the hand towel. We asked for a refund which was given then to make it right she wanted us to try one more room but had us wait while she continued checking others in. Out of frustration we started to walk out and Danielle hand us a key to room 407 which still had phones that didn’t work but at least the bed was clean. Needless to say we didn’t sleep well and unfortunately will not be returning nor be recommending any Embassy hotels anywhere ever.

Pleasantly impressed. I stayed at this hotel in the 90s and would once again return. The room was clean, comfortable, furniture with some wear and the shower head needs replaced due to corrosion. The only negative would be the people next door to my room were frequently slamming their bathroom door and laughing loudly. The staff was ALL friendly and smiling!!!! Great first impression.
