I really lived the people. Every hotel worker was so amazing and friendly. They made our stay wonderful. The breakfast was very good and the pool/sauna area was relaxing. Very nice rooms. Would stay again if ever in Cleveland again.

The room we were in, had a loud noise coming from the air conditioning. After complaining at chek out they told us the knew about the noise already but decided to put us in the room anyway. We received a voucher for breakfast but we still had a bad night rest.

Staff I interacted with were very responsive. The decaf and coffee packets were not replenished. The shower gel appeared to be diluted. Paper money was missing from a wallet in my luggage. I did not bother to report this because I figured the individual needed it more than I did.
