Clean room, soft bed, great little seating area in the lobby. The staff was friendly and the heater kept up fine with the -20F winds blowing outside. Great experience for the price, would happily stay again.

Staff was very kind and courteous. The rooms have no coffee pots, no breakfast of any kind. & the most bothersome thing was the doors have no extra security locks. I move table against the door as added protection. Because of that I would not stay there again .

The hotel is very pretty but it took the room hours to heat up! The front desk was very accommodating they offered to move me and housekeeping brought extra blankets/comforters and breakfast vouchers were given too us! The problem with the blankets they smelled very bad!

The hotel and staff were great, the room was amazing till my husband lifted the mattress to dust, paper, & toenails. We found this on the last night go figure, nevertheless hotel showed compassion and made things right.

DT cleveland noise, false fire alarm at 2am. staff is kind but I wouldn't stay here again due to noise. (they even provide ear plugs in the room so obviously it's a concern)

Front desk staff great , rooms were clean, Betts restaurant menu and staff great, loved the lobby vibe and great morning coffee What prevented a five rating were mtce or oversight issues in the room - 1. The iron did not work. It was visibly cracked/broken 2. The floor lamp was not working. It was not the bulb as we switched out one in the room into the light and it didn't work 3. BIGGEST ISSUE. It was very cold in Cleveland this weekend but we waited 3 hours for the small room to attempt to heat up. After the three hours, Upon calling mtce, they came up and changed the filter, indicating that would fix the situation. It did but should I as a customer have to be the one to point it out these items? I loved the hotel in general but these issues should not have been discovered by us as a customer
