Beautiful hotel with great staff! Restaurant Betts was fabulous. The room was exceptional with the most outstanding bathroom I’ve ever had in a hotel. You could fit an NFL offensive line in the shower it was that spacious. The only downside of this place is the parking. Yes, they have valet parking but it’s $48 per day. If you want to self park it’s $28 every time you want to use your car. If you are staying at a hotel like this, self parking should be free to guests. The valet staff was great though. I never had to wait more than 3-5min for my vehicle. Free coffee every morning and wine in the afternoon who does that? Great place to stay and if I’m in Cleveland again… This is my place!

All is good EXCEPT for the heating. It is very cold outside. But in order to allow the room to heat up, the engineer had to override a hotel computer setting. Otherwise, in spite of the thermostat, the room did not heat up.

We actually had planned on staging at an Air B&B, but it was horrible so we needed somewhere to stay for 3 days that was close and had rooms. Expedia was a great help getting us a deal and we ended up loving the hotel. The couches and fireplace in the lobby were our favorite. A nice place to read a book. The complimentary coffee in the morning was also above average. The other thing we loved was how close it was to everything, we didn’t move our car for 3 days. Very pleased with everything.

Every single staff member from check in, valet and the restaurant were very welcoming with fast, easy service. This hotel is very clean, comfortable bed and great location for an affordable price. Highly recommend.

The place is not well kept. The bathroom design is terrible when you shower water gets everywhere and there is water damage all over the bathroom. I moved my room multiple times they were all the same.

Everything was marvelous, only thing we were upset about, the Kitchen was closed when we returned from the game. It was 9:05pm, and the hostess said they were having problems, some we had to go cross the street to eat.
