Well when we got into the room we looked around and everything was clean and neat but the sink in the vanity was cracked and a couple of towels had stains on them other then those issues our stay was ok

The property is filthy, the staff is incompetent, the WIFI is shoddy, the airport shuttle is unreliable, check-in was a nightmare, the bedsprings sounded ancient, the free breakfast is inedible. The only potential positive is that it's close to the airport.

Terrible experience

Arrived at 10:30 pm and no one was in site for a little over 30 min. I tried ringing the bell provided, nothing. I tried calling the hotel, nothing. For 30 min+. Finally a worker was dropped off at the front door, and he then took care of me. I was told it was shift change, and that was that. The room was average, with a strong aroma. I was only tring to get a few hours of rest before a flight, so i utilitzed the room for a total of 4 hours. The web site showed free parking. It did not specify a rate change for continuous days, nor was I asked if i needed parking or a license #. Considering I did request the shuttle to the airport at 3 am. You would think they would want to make money and provide the information that there is a fee. Good thing i called back to check or it would have been towed. Very strong language barrier with the manager about said issues and was just plane rude in my opinion. No apology for any of it. All said and done $ 126 spent. Car was parked for 4 days. Its just sad businesses dont care how they trest you.

Not a Hotel—A Nightmare Stay

I recently stayed at this property and it was, without a doubt, the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The listing is misleading - the property does not resemble the photos at all; it's a motel, not a hotel. Upon arrival, the room was filthy. Our sheets were stained, and I had to request housekeeping immediately to replace them. The floors were dirty, the toilet did not work, and the doors barely closed. To make matters worse, we did not have towels upon arrival and had to call for them. During our two-night stay, housekeeping did not provide any service, other than changing the sheets upon arrival and supplying towels upon our request. The overall condition of the room and the lack of basic maintenance made our stay completely unacceptable. This level of hygiene and service is far below what any guest should expect. I strongly urge the management to address these issues immediately.

This is a motel not hotel. They claim to be recently refurbished but it was rundown with any updates not done very professionally. We got a Labor Day deal on this stay so it was very reasonably priced, we got what we paid for.

You get what you pay for. The room was OK, but definitely a run down property with a peeling bathtub and bad lighting. We were only there for a few hours before an early am flight, so it was fine for our purposes.

It will do for a short stay on a tight budget. The room was tidy and had the basic amenities needed. Bed was a bit squeaky. Linens had a few small, light, stains. The food area could be cleaner. And the breakfast selection could use an overhaul (hot food was inedible).
