Was not told anything about breakfast when I checked in, bed linens did not smell fresh, sink and shower dropped, and there was no hot water. There was a lot of highway and local traffic noise. Breakfast did not look appealing - went to a nearby restaurant.

Great customer service. The pool is small but heated and nice. Continental breakfast included decent coffee, and an auto pancake maker. There is an elevator, and it's a small hotel so getting in and out to parking was easy. My only complaint is that the bathroom door swings very close to the toilet so it was cramped trying to change and get in and out.

We had a great night of sleep while driving cross-country. The Sycamore Inn was clean, with comfortable beds, an attentive staff, and a nice breakfast in the morning. It was the value that I was looking for during my travels!

Surprising Value

This was unplanned. I developed car trouble on the turnpike and had to stay overnight. I was pleasantly surprised. The property was clean, The rooms nicely decorated. It has the usual continental breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There are several restaurants nearby. The area is safe and convenient to the turnpike. The price is good. This is a good property and a good value

Simply wonderful. All staff were extremely kind, attentive and caring. Room was bigger than expected and the bathroom was the cleanest Ive ever seen. Daily housekeeping is provided as well as full Cable.

We normally stay at Marriott properties. We were going to Cleveland for one night for a high school graduation. Sycamore Suites was $88 for one night. The closest Marriott was $190. I figured we would be in the room to sleep only for 8 hours. My wife and 19 year old daughter were not pleased. The room felt dirty —it was probably just dated. The flooring in the room was a warped cheap vinyl. The window coverings were not nice. The common area carpet was worn. The best part— the employee at check in pointed to a sign behind him and said to me “breakfast is 6:30 AM to 9:30 AM. It’s not that good but we try our best.” It was an $88 hotel.
