So much trash on the carpets in the hallway. Running a vacuum has not been done in a while. Stains in sheets, and mirror had writing I. It from previous guest meaning not really cleaning. Overall just needs more care into cleaning. Right downtown is a plus, skyline is nice, just wished it was a little cleaner and not as dirty

Great Stay in Downtown Cleveland.

Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Shower was very nice with shampoo and soap dispensers. Location is great for walking around downtown.

Sent email saying air conditioning wasn’t working, but they wouldn’t answer at the desk. Didn’t respond to email til 17 hours later when we had to check in, advised everyone to go somewhere else but wouldn’t confirm we wouldn’t be charged since it was within 24 hours of checkin.

Valet staff was very efficient and friendly. Front desk staff was helpful and able to accommodate me with a wheelchair when my brother needed one. Restaurant had good food and friendly staff. Only downfall in my opinion was that it was not near shops or other storefronts. In essence, we needed to drive to most places.

Sadly the city placed highly odiferous mulch on the downtown city streets a day or so before we arrived. The flora will be healthily invigorated however the stench was worse than I have experienced in New Orleans in August.

It is in a great location very close to Rock hall of fame. It is clean comfortable beds. Only part it could do better is the removal of garbage from the room, making up the beds. I was out early everyday and there was no housekeeping or refil service for water or coffee in my room. Garbage stayed in the room for 3 days untouched

It’s a downtown hotel but one of the nicer cleaner ones. Check in easy and had a great view of Lake Erie. The Bad: one certain bartender/waitress. Had breakfast first morning. (prepaid for 2 nights) this waitress huffed and puffed about basically having to work. We got cold coffee and she was just so damn rude. It was awkward watching her give death rays to her coworker that was super sweet btw. No doubt this is not new to this employee. We came back later in the day with a wedding party and she immediately yelled out we are closed! No food! We were there only for drinks anyway. We stood there waiting to order as she ignored us and walked away to talk to someone else. We left and never went back. Didn’t even go back for the paid breakfast the next morning. Not sure why this establishment would keep someone like this in the front of the house. Everyone else was so nice and helpful.

We booked through hotels.com for our stay for our anniversary. When we checked in, we were told that we couldn’t have a king bed (which is what we booked) but they upgraded us to a corner suite. The suite was spacious but a bit worn out. The bathroom was also not very clean.
