Room was fine, hotel seemed clean. Staff seemed like they didn’t want to be there- concierges were unfriendly and some don’t even greet us. Paid $50 for breakfast only for it to be served 30 minutes past when it was supposed to and was unable to eat because we had to go. A very mid experience for a hotel that seems quite luxe. Valets and bellhop were both very friendly though and tried to accommodate as they could where the rest of the staff were lacking.
