Arrived around 1.30 pm. Ask for if we can checkin answer was not starting until 3pm with straight. Everyone knows start 3pm. They just didn’t want us check in early. Stay in this hotel 4 prior time. Room cleaning wasn’t done property and they didn’t stock the coffee section .

spectacular but too hot

My room was on the 9th floor and spectacular view of the cathedral. The one big issue I had was the air-conditioning didn't cool the room from 24 C degrees and was therefore too hot to sleep. I couldn't open the windows either. I was bummed because this was my second stay at this hotel which is located in the middle of bustling center.

Interesting outside, beautiful inside

On approach you may be forgiven for thinking you were arriving at a 1960s or 70s tower block hospital, but inside is a world of wonder. The rooms are clean and spacious, with great amenities; the staff were friendly and welcoming; the view from my room was excellent. Cologne isn't doing so well at the moment it seems, but this hotel was an oasis. Would stay again.

Top Lage - das ist aber alles

Hôtel ok, service lässt zu Wünschen übrig; das Zimmermädchen hat z.B. gesehen als es das Zimmer gegenüber gemacht habe wie ich unser Schild umgedreht habe, das Zimmer wurde aber nicht gemacht. Beim Einchecken mussen wir darauf hinweisen dass wir Anrecht auf ein Upgrade haben was dann widerwillig angeboten wurde. Auch die Voucher für ein Gratisgetränk auf das wir auch Anrecht hatten, mussten wir fragen obwohl es gross im Computer stand. Service is gesagt schlecht außer in der Bar
