Location was excellent - it's enough off the main strip in Manitou that you don't have lots of people walking by, but it's close enough to drive where you want to be.

We were thankful for a clean room. A bonus was updated furnishings that were bright and happy. We appreciated the breakfast as well. It could be that the structure of the building is older and if so I know you can do much about it, but every time someone was walking upstairs it sounded very loud.

Loved the Mountain View from the parking lot, great staff, helpful, great breakfast (went just about everyday, last day didn’t due to leaving really early), hotel is nice and clean. Will definitely come back if we ever return to Colorado
