Didn't like the bathroom area. No counter space to speak of. Glass sink with big silver drain cover makes water splash all over and very little space to set anything. Also water in toilet was high so when you went to wipe your hand could hit the water..yuk..... On a good note The breakfast was very good .

The hotel was very unique inside. Not what I expected but was pleasantly impressed!! The front desk staff was kind however some were not knowledgeable of their policy’s. The wait staff for breakfast and dinner were all fantastic!! Our room was very nice and clean. Definitely an older hotel but upgrades were nicely done. Very good location for all we had planned. Would stay there again!!

The property is in need of some renovation. Several weeks before our stay, our room reservation was changed due to some facility issue that would not be fixed in the 2 months until our stay. There was very limited lighting in the main area in the evening. This included the pool area which seems very dangerous. The exit door at the end of our hall was wired shut due to the door being broken. It was obvious it had been that way for a while. Not sure how that would work in an emergency. The staff were very welcoming. The room we stayed in was nice and big. The food was wonderful especially the huge hot complimentary breakfast.

The hotel lobby check in area was welcoming and appeared fairly clean. The amenities spaces were a bit dirty and were not well lit. The indoor pool area was very dark and di not feel safe taking my chuld swimming. Pur room was as expected, nothing exceptional. The room has a window like a/c unit and the front cover was hanging off. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming.

The restaurant & bar. Pool looked clean. Unfortunately the air conditioner was so loud it was almost impossible to hear the TV. Was difficult to keep the temperature comfortable. The water pressure was almost nonexistent in the shower. When we were cleaning up the bathroom I moved the trash can in the corner and behind it there was mouse droppings along the baseboards .I told the front desk when we checked out, so I can't say what was done. If I'd known sooner I'd have requested a different room. They 'upgraded' our room from a 2nd floor with stairs to the 2nd floor with an elevator. I don't know how much of an upgrade it was but....
