The hotel's beauty and cleanliness were evident. I reserved a room with a view, which was stunning, but regrettably, we woke up the following day to find no water in the room, and we were subsequently relocated to a room without a view. The hotel assured us that a refund would be forthcoming due to the error, but it has been a week, and we have yet to receive any compensation.

Other than an ok breakfast (but awful gravy) and breakfast staff, there's nothing good about this hotel. Beds were saggy, TV average, bathroom very small and crowded with no room on the vanity for guests toiletries. Early on my checkout morning they shut off the water to my building because of a water leak so we were not able to use the bathroom or even take a shower. The front desk told me I would get a refund for my last night but nothing yet and I can't call or email them. Avoid this hotel please!

The worst visit i have ever had with this hotel. So disappointed. Fire alarmed every 2 hrs everyday, up to midnight. When the alarm went off, the hall door would shut. Our room was right by a set of them. Everytime someone would go and in, doors slammed. Sounded like it was our door. Light bulbs out in the bathroom. Beds were horrible soft. Housekeeping didnt replace our kcups. So i had to go to front desk for some. They only gave me 2 kcups for 2 ppl. Very bad visit

The room could use some updates. It smelled like smoke also, the blind had tears in it. I am not sure where they got the picture of their room on expedited but it wasn’t like the room we stayed in. The fire alarm went off 3 times starting around 3:30 am. They didn’t last long but about the time you finally went back to sleep it went off again. Would like to say the staff was excellent and was good to help us get a refund for the second night because we was suppose to stay 2 nights but we couldn’t go through another night.

The staff was amazing. They were very kind and helpful during breakfast and throughout my stay. The breakfast was amazing with made to order omelettes and many different other options, this is what makes the hotel stand apart from others in the area. My kids loved the pool, it was very warm and they have a couple of pool toys for them to play with. However, the beds are not so comfortable, the wifi didn't work and the fire alarm kept going off in the morning. Aside from it's downfalls, the hotel is a great stay for families, they have many different activities for the kids (boardgames, pingpong table, foosball, and a ninetindo switch!)

My room flooded. I was moved at 330 AM. Then moved again at 630 AM due to no water. Then my new room was good. No idea what happen but it was messy. The people there were nice though.
