Room(s) clean and in good condition.(except I couldn’t get hot water in the bathtub in Room 308 unless I turned the shower on. I don’t know how many hundreds of gallons of water were wasted before I figured it out) More staff needed at check-in. Breakfast and evening snacks were a free-for-all, although staff tried to keep up with demand, it was almost impossible.

The room was spotless, every staff member I came across greeted me with a smile and asked me was everything to my liking. The fitness room is small yet the equipment was up to date and had weights and yoga mats for usage. The pool allows you to swim inside or outside and the pool remained an even temperature whether you were outside or inside. The spa was amazing, the temperature allowed me to stay in there longer than recommended time frame (which was a plus for me). The bed was comfy enough to lay down for a brief minute that turned into a nap (it was much needed). The kickback had a nice arrangement of snacks (soup, nachos, hot dogs, mashed potatoes, vegetables, meatballs). The cleanliness of the overall hotel was pleasing to see, I felt very welcomed and respected by all staff members. Have I mentioned for my little staycations this was beyond perfect. Can’t forget complimentary fountain drinks and popcorn in the evenings until 9:30pm. Loved it. Will definitely return.

Place is excellent. The reason for the mid review is that all of my work trucks had their windows smashed and were gone thru. When I talked to the cops, they said that this has been an ongoing problem and that they told the Managers to tell customers. We were never told about this. Which is pretty bad for a hotel not to let customers know what’s been happening.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean and came with several amenities ( microwave, fridge, coffee machine) bathroom was well stocked with clean towels. The breakfast was beyond what we expected. They severed eggs, sausage, hash browns,biscuits and gravy. They had a cereal bar, fresh fruit, juice, coffee, muffins, waffles, toast, yogurt, and Plenty of condiments for each. The parking was well lit and very secure. It hotel itself is located in a very nice area surrounded by both fast food and fine dining. I would highly recommend this to anyone in the Columbus area.
