Valet was so busy they could not guarantee that we would be able to get our car back when we needed it to go to an event, so we had to self park. I was told that valet was $45 and self pay $38, I was still charged $45. From my car in the self park garage to my room was 758 steps, and 3 elevators! That’s a lot if you have any type of issues walking or have a lot of bags. The elevator in the parking garage - we went in at the aground level, hit floor 5 it went up to 4th floor, dropped to the 3rd floor and I don’t mean it went back down it was a bang, a jolt and a DROP!!! Then it tried to go back up to the 4th, went back down to the 3rd floor, did that like 4 times, never opened the doors and then finally went to the 5th floor. Next morning the other elevator was out of service and the other one we rode the night before was just sitting there with the doors opening and closing, opening and closing so we had to walk up 5 flights of stairs carrying all of our luggage to get to our car! Order room service and it was delivered in take out containers in a paper bag, not what I was expecting. But the hotel is beautiful, clean and the beds are comfy. Lots to do there too
