Cancellation Concern

I experienced a significant issue during my stay regarding the inability to cancel the second night of my reservation. Unfortunately, this forced us to remain an extra night rather than returning home as originally planned. While Cheyenne, the manager, was extremely helpful and understanding once she returned, I did not receive the same level of support from the day clerk (a young white male), who neither honored my request nor offered any alternative solutions. I want to especially acknowledge and thank Cheyenne for her concern and support during this time — her assistance was greatly appreciated. It was simply an unfortunate situation, particularly because I attempted to cancel with reasonable notice, but was unable to due to policy and limited funds.

Staff was AWESOME...Hotel was priced EXCELLENT....only issue is the A/C (which worked great) but was very noisy with the return air handler next to the bed....that is the only thing that would keep me from booking in the future...just too noisy.
