Elevator is slow and buttons hardly work. Hallway walls need updated or painted. A/C unit in room doesn’t get cold enough. Water pressure is low and water doesn’t get hot. Only one wall outlet by bed. Did not feel safe in elevator.

the lamp was broken and the room felt dirty. we looked under the bed and there were many things under there showing me it had not been properly kept up with, the staff was very friendly and helpful however. overall i think that housekeeping needs to be a little bit better.
