The Embassy Suites far exceeded our expectations. The view of the water was incredible as well as the staff. If you want your stay to go better than the expected reach out to Ann, she was a rockstar and really made our stay one to remember. The breakfast had what seemed like endless options the reception drinks are a nice touch, however the appetizers left something to be desired. The hotel itself was clean and spacious as well as the rooms. Dining and entertainment is within walking distance however you're still close to other options being a short distance away. Will highly recommend this hotel to anyone in the area.

The front reception was not the friendliest nor accommodating. Check in was at 3pm and we received our room at 3:30 only because we expressed our concerns and were very much irritated. The room was not the cleanest, sink cloged and noise could be heard clearly from room upstairs and nextdoor. Breakfast buffet was the best part and the staff at the buffet was professional and courteous.

Check in was excellent due to the attitude and overall service of "Dez". The breakfast was average at best, the hostess/service during breakfast was terrible. She spoke poorly of her teammates, couldn't answer questions about allergens and wouldn't get the answers over a 3 day period. The main TV in my suite wouldn't work and it took two days to get someone to come and look at it then they couldn't fix it. Excellent location but I will be seeking alternate properties for future travel. Not what I expect from a Hilton.
