The hotel did not have the reservation I booked thru expedia. I had a print out so they did honor my reservation and rate but it would have been different story had they been fully booked. The fitness room was limited, the bike was very wobbly and loose. The water station didn't work and the towels were non-existent on the 2nd day.

We enjoyed our two night stay very much; it was a quiet weekend and we were not disturbed by hallway noise. The staff was attentive and friendly and the multiple meals we had at Twelve01 Kitchen and Tap were phenomenal! Many thanks!
