The ocean can be seen from a wonderful glass enclosed porch, allowing you the space to enjoy views year round. The wide, uncrowded beach is just a short walk away. Other outside amenities include a grill, basketball net, saltwater hot tub, 30' x 13' private saltwater pool (can be heated certain times of the year) and two outdoor showers. Inside the home guests will enjoy a spacious living area, game room with foosball table, and kitchen with two cooktops - perfect for cooking a large meal for the entire family.

No pets allowed. No smoking/vaping. Please refer to the Rental Agreement while reviewing Rules & Policies for pool opening/closing dates and pool heat information, including details regarding the optional pool heat fee.
