Beds include: King (medium firmness memory foam), queen (plush pillowtop hybrid) full size sleeper sofa. We do not provide extra linens or bedding, please bring that with you if you like to sleep with layers or plan to use the sleeper.

Hot tub use: guests must agree to observe all safety guidelines: each person entering the tub be freshly showered. Oils, lotions and sand will ruin water, necessitating a drain; the cost of a drain is $75.

The only other guests who can access the hot tub/yard area are the guests staying on the 2nd floor of this home. Their access ends at 10pm Sun-Thurs. and 11pm Fri - Sat.

Kitchen has K-cup coffee maker, an air fryer / toaster oven combo (multi function, can cook a 12" pizza) microwave, electric griddle (for pancakes and such). Kitchen basics also provided.

4 bath towels, wash cloths and hand towels provided. One roll paper towels, 6 K cups, 3 kitchen trash bags, dishsoap, kitchen scrub brush.

A $250 refundable damage deposit will be collected by secure link before before checkin.

**Well behaved dogs can stay with a nonrefundable pet fee of $60 for pet (2 max). Max 35 lbs, any animals misbehaving or off leash will need to vacate immediately. All pet waste must be immediately removed and properly disposed of.

Note: this is the ground floor of a 2 story home, it is completely separate and private from the unit above it. Expect to hear some noise from guests above (if occupied) as with your typical home. We provide 2 sets of ear plugs in nightstands.

In the unusual and rare even the spa is not usable, a 8% credit will be issued for nights effected.

Wonderful for our short trip

Everything was clean and had all we needed. Our trip was last minute with pets we felt the pet fee was the only reasonable one on the island. We are a family of 4 with 2 kids under 10 and it worked out so well for us. Host is a 12 out of 10 very attentive. Only draw back to location was being on the North side of HWY 361 which legally you cannot take a golf cart across. Some people did but you risk a $500 fine and the golf cart being taken back. So word to the wise if you stay here either forgo the golf cart or use a cart rental company that has overflow parking so you can park your vehicle and get in the cart. We used silver sands carts which is right across the street. You do hear the upstairs footsteps like it says in the listing we never used ear plugs and it just wasn't a big deal. Would stay again on a little quick trips for sure.

Great owner great stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The studio was perfect for our couple get away. The back patio was great in the evenings. Erin was so responsive and helpful. Only downside was how much you could hear upstairs guest but there were ear plugs provided and it wasn't too bad! We had a great stay!!
