AMENITIES: At North, resort-style amenities include three lavish pools, two scenic lakes with a fishing dock, cozy fire pits, a fully equipped fitness center, private dune crossovers, lawn games, and a pirate ship playscape. Enjoy our on-site dining options, including a Mediterranean bistro, a pizzeria, and a coffee shop and café. The vibrant Town Center brings the community together with events, activities, and live music throughout peak season and on holiday weekends.

LIVING SPACES: On the first floor, a welcoming lounge calls you to unwind. SLEEPING QUARTERS: Feel the gentle pull as you cross the threshold into the first-floor king bedroom, a quiet sanctuary complete with its own private bath—perfect for slipping away into rest and relaxation. Just down the hall, a second king bedroom awaits, equally inviting, with access to a shared bath that also serves the nearby bunk area—ideal for rinsing away the salt and sun at day’s end.
Upstairs, tucked just beyond the kitchen, the primary king suite unfolds like a retreat of its own. Spacious and serene, it wraps its guests in comfort beneath a soft, coastal calm.

IF A PET IS SEEN ENTERING A NON-PET FRIENDLY HOME, GUEST WILL BE CHARGED A PENALTY AND/OR EVICTED.
Sips Ahoy is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering Sips Ahoy the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night.
There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.

Great House!!

House was exactly as listed and had everything you could want. A bathroom for each bedroom plus 2 half baths was great. House is centrally located to everything. We rented a golf cart which is so handy but you can easily walk anywhere.
