Os funcionários são muito simpáticos e prestativos. O quarto é bem simples. O travesseiro é horrível, a janela não tem cortina Black out, o sistema de TV é antigo, não sendo possível pausar ou voltar programas e também não tem conectividade com internet. O hotel no geral atendeu, mas alguns pontos poderiam ser melhores. O chuveiro deixou a desejar, pois era difícil equilibrar a temperatura da água. O café da manhã, embora simples, poderia ter mais variedade e sabor. As toalhas já estão bem surradas e precisam de renovação, e o cobertor soltava muito pelo, deixando o quarto e as roupas com resíduos. Por outro lado, os funcionários foram sempre muito simpáticos e solícitos, o que fez diferença na estadia. Talvez pela pesquisa que fiz e pelo valor pago, esperava mais das acomodações.
