Pior hotel que já fui na minha vida! Escolhi pelo preço, arrependimento total! Os recepcionistas do sábado de manhã são muito ignorantes. A moça simplesmente me disse que minha filha por ter só 3 anos e não ser pagante não tinha direito à cama extra ou berço! Eu fiz a reserva incluindo a criança!!! O outro recepcionista mal educado ainda foi comentar com ela sobre minha profissão que ele deve ter visto na minha ficha e disse que todos os jornalistas são metidos!!! Mas eu estava no corredor e ouvi o comentário!!! Que padrão de atendimento para um hotel. Depois que eu entrei vi o quarto! Que terrível! Velho, todo manchado, cama torta, desnivelada. Tv com controle remoto quebrado! Café da manhã bem simples (até aí tudo bem pelo valor).

Com exceção da equipe que atende muito bem o hotel é bem ruim em vários aspectos. O colchão é ruim e os travesseiros muito baixos, barulho da rua e de outros hóspedes depois das 23 h. Elevador vagaroso, pequeno vai parando em todos os andares mesmo qdo não tem ninguem( acho que o povo cansa de tanto esperar e vai de escada- são 15 andares). Porta do box barulhenta e mesmo fechado molha o banheiro todo, e para piorar café da manhã com opções bem limitadas e o café frio. Manutenção do hotel é bem precária. Já fiquei em outro da rede ( perto desse) que era bem melhor apesar de ser mais antigo.
