Pior hotel que já fui na minha vida! Escolhi pelo preço, arrependimento total! Os recepcionistas do sábado de manhã são muito ignorantes. A moça simplesmente me disse que minha filha por ter só 3 anos e não ser pagante não tinha direito à cama extra ou berço! Eu fiz a reserva incluindo a criança!!! O outro recepcionista mal educado ainda foi comentar com ela sobre minha profissão que ele deve ter visto na minha ficha e disse que todos os jornalistas são metidos!!! Mas eu estava no corredor e ouvi o comentário!!! Que padrão de atendimento para um hotel. Depois que eu entrei vi o quarto! Que terrível! Velho, todo manchado, cama torta, desnivelada. Tv com controle remoto quebrado! Café da manhã bem simples (até aí tudo bem pelo valor).

O quarto não estava muito limpo! Banheiro também não! A toalha de rosto furada. Muita demora no check in. Não tinha secador de cabelo para emprestar. Em um dos quartos não tinha o controle do ar condicionado. Roupas de cama não são cheirosas como em outros hotéis. Café da manhã razoável.

Horrível, pra começar com a recepção suja, elevador estragado e sem falar no quarto 901 sem vidro na janela do banheiro, tudo muito velho, Paredes com infiltrações cheira mal, foi o pior hotel que já me hospedei. E recepcionista não dão informações claras em relação com o estacionamento que é pago. Não indico para ninguém. Horrível 😩
