Didn’t include breakfast because I didn’t eat breakfast. I would have to say it was a nice quite environment until late nite when more families checked in, parents weren’t watching their kids, but even with that I didn’t have to call the front desk once the parents got them calmed down

Breakfast was a bit expensive for me, so i didnt get it, but everything else was great, nice location, friendly service. Offered me water or coffee when i got in and let me check in early, told me where the best parking was. Parking can definitely be a hassle even if you pay, considering their parking lot is small. What they don’t say is the 3rd level of the parking garage is also paid parking. They need to have better pricing for parking closer to the building vs 3rd level parking garage.

Overall, it was a good stay considering it was the Labor Day weekend and the entire hotel was booked up. The room was clean, however the sofa bed was quite uncomfortable. The main bed was very good. When we checked in late at night, there were no linens or blankets for the sofa bed, so we had to call the front desk, and a staff member promptly brought them up. Parking was competitive because of several major events going on at the hotel during that weekend. We loved the breakfast place that was right across the street from the hotel.
