Arrived around 8pm, check in was great, no issues. Got to my room, looked fine! My bedsheets were wrinkly and didnt look fresh but didn't pay any more heed to this, just figured they were lower quality bed sheets. Got in to bed and again, didn't feel fresh. Had a look and they clearly had not been changed from the previous guest! There were hairs between the sheets and I could feel dirt. I rang down to reception, to request a change and was told that he could find me sheets but I'd have to do the rest myself as there was no housekeeping on duty. I didn't get fresh pillow cases. There was one towel in the bathroom, no hand towels, face towels etc. Surfaces were all dusty, clearly hadn’t been cleaned down. Which is shocking given the covid restrictions in place in Malta and the reassurances the hotel give saying they are compliant! A previous guests pair of trousers were in the wardrobe space. Again, clearly this room had not been cleaned! Trying to get fresh towels was a challenge on a daily basis as housekeeping told me they had none, that they were all being washed. My room was nice and big, but ceiling was not painted. Bed sheets were so thin I could feel the bobbles of fluff on the mattress through them. My room was directly above the restaurant so from 7am-10am, and 6pm-9pm, I was subjected to the noise of guests pushing their chairs on the floor getting out from their tables and pushing them back in again. cleanliness standards, especially with the current times

Hotel was ok, quite basic, there was a few things the hotel lacked, that u would expect the average hotels to have. The pillows were flat and the bed was quite hard. They had no ice in the hotel and weather was quite hot. The breakfast was good though. All in all it was an ok stay but they just need to improve their customer services and amenities

Personal war sehr freundlich, brsonders zu Kindern. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist ausbaufähig; jeden Tag gleiches Angebot. Kaffeemaschine und Getränkemaschinen könnten bald mal ersetzt werden.
