Great stay and very convenient.

Went to Dallas for a concert and was able to book this hotel for a great price. Overall a great stay, staff was friendly and accommodating. Had a small issue with the toilet which they got fixed really fast.

We stay at Courtyards whenever we travel without kids. They are basic, clean and well run with busines clientel. The hotel was clean and well run. The staff, especially Tracy and the Bistro staff, we awesome. Tracy made sure we had everyone we needed for our breakfasts and our night caps. She is personable and runs a tight ship. A gem in the hotel industry. If we are ever in Dallas agian, we will stay here.

Comfortable but not hospitable.

Our queen room was on the small side however, we had all we needed. I was comfortable and safe. The staff was efficient but not overly friendly. The gym was stocked with supplies but the floor needed to be cleaned more regularly. In general I didn’t feel appreciated as a customer as all together efficiency doesn’t equal hospitality.
