The stay was ok. For the cost of the room I was expecting more. The parking isn’t ideal and the hotel only offers valet parking at $60 a night.

In general, the hotel was nice and clean. The one complaint we had was related to the elevators. Only 1 of 3 was working and we consistently had to wait for it.

Everything was nice and clean. The Air conditioner was not working properly and there was only one elevator working for over 20 floors. Other than that it was a lovely room and hotel. I will give it another try.

Not my favorite experience. The corner room was a little awkward to get around. The bathroom was tiny! Love the gift shop and the bar was cool. Location was good but doubt I’ll stay here again. The front desk was lovely but valet was pretty disjointed and not as friendly.

Very good overall!

The hotel is very well located, walking distance from the Arts District as well as the AT&T discovery center. The property is clean and the staff is friendly. However it needs some updating and some love.
