The room was dirty had a terrible sewer odor at times throughout the night, and when turned on the shower made the loudest banging sound nonstop until the water was turned off. The staff was attentive and nice but the room made the experience bad, by far the worst hotel room I have ever stayed in.

When I first arrived, I was a bit disappointed with the cleanliness and the missing toiletries. However, the manager contacted me quickly, and he immediately helped by upgrading me to a new room that met—and even exceeded—my expectations. I hate to be negative; but I just don’t think it was worth the price. I’m not sure who chose the restroom design; but there’s no ledge or anything stopping the water from going all over the restroom. The shower is so close to the carpet in the room that it inevitably makes the carpet near the restroom soaking wet. The city view was mid at best; there are other hotels with better views in the city. Overall, very middle of the road hotel. The Starbucks in the lobby was a nice touch
