We had an AWFUL experience here, did not stay- ended up having to book and pay for another room. We had paid for a 3 night stay in advance. Our flight in was delayed and we didn’t get in until about 3am. When we arrived there was no one at the front desk and after 45 min we had to call corporate just to find out that our reservation had been marked as “No Show” and was cancelled. We ended up being at the front desk for over an hour and the employee who was supposed to be working never surfaced. Corporate wasn’t much help either, when I called I was put on hold for 10 minutes while they tried to call the phone at the empty front desk that I was standing at. They gave no solution other than to book another stay with them, which we not so politely declined. We were told no refund could be made. We ended up going across the street and had a great experience. Would give ZERO stars if I could.

Its a great property. Perfect for our trip to visit our daughter and bring my service dog. The suite feels like a small apartment. The kitchenette area, desk, and, love seat made it nice to kick back when we got back in. Always nice.
