First room wasn’t ready at 4pm, were told they would call us when it was ready. Never called. Room smelled bad and couldn’t change to different room! Sink don’t drain properly and smelled. Tried to change rooms again still nothing available. Breakfast buffet was marginal at best and way overpriced. Have been staying at this hotel several times a year for last 4-5years but never again.
