A transportation man at the airport helped us by calling the Hotel for a pickup. He also told us the food was very good. We arrived at the hotel around 5pm and hadn't eaten all day. We decided to have the crispy wings, Korean tacos, chips and salsa. May have been the best wings ever. We are in our 70's.. Loved the tacos and the white corn chips were the thinnest ever. Staff were helpful and we would return in a heartbeat.

No heated pool!

I was super sad. I booked this hotel because of the heated pool and for my autistic son to watch the planes come in. Unfortunately, the pool's heater was not working and the chlorine level was so high it caused a rash on my children.

The worst staycation ever!

This was a staycation with my family. A gift to myself with the primary reason to swim. I asked two of the workers before booking if the pool was open and available for use and was told it was. When we checked in the receptionist was asked by me if the pool was opened and she said yes but the heater was out making it cold.. my kids and myself immediately went to the indoor pool to attempt to swim but the water was way too cold to even enjoy.. I feel cheated out of my gift because again my wife and I did ask two employees one being with the Hyatt customer center via the 1-800 number located directly from their website and the other at the location only to be told it was opened. it was open but wasn’t enjoyable in the least. While the room was clean the light on the table did stop working for no apparent reason then the bathroom doors lock was broken so no privacy in the restroom not to mention the back entrance to the establishment is broken so there’s no need for a keycard to access the building making the building accessible to any unwelcome guest. The breakfast wasn’t spectacular like recent reviews stated just eggs, toast, sausage and hot sauce. My kids and I have to say this was the worse staycation we have ever experienced and will not be returning to this location. Very unsatisfied.
