The fully equipped kitchen is ready for both short term and long term stays. The home has 2 4K tv's with Netflix and high speed internet. Coffee machine, bread toaster all basic kitchen supplies, office table,4' Air hockey machine.

Three House Rules -
1. No Disruptive parties - Events with loud music, parking violations, excessive drinking, take place primarily at night, and 25+ people are not allowed.

2. Smoking is not permitted inside ($400 fine), no tampering with cameras/security devices, no DJs or large sound systems (Only regular speakers).

3. First 16 guests are included by the base rate which includes everyone visiting and spending the night. Keep all guests and noise inside after 10:00 PM

There are 2 Video camera's and 1 Ring video door bell that will be Constantly recording on the exterior of the property. The 2 exterior camera’s viewpoints are the 1st one to monitor the front side of the house,2nd camera view point is monitor the driveway and backside of the property. The ring door bell is monitor people at front door.
