The hotel was so convenient to Christmas Market in Nice. Beautiful area. Only a day to spend there but great location to everything we wanted to do. Staff was so polite.

The hotel is newly renovated and I love the decor. The room I had is just like in the photo. Very good condition and clean. However, a bunch of mishaps leaves things to be desired. First I had no kettle in the room. The receptionist couldn't find one so left a note for next shift to send one to my room. But I never received it. The wifi doesn't work for neither my phone or my laptop. There was no shower gel in the bathroom (but the receptionist brought one up within an hour). Heating was broken and they brought a heater for me to use for the 2nd night. No complaints about the staff they are all friendly. However I never had to tell receptionist so many times that something is wrong/missing from the room.

Bed and pillows not what a 4 star hotel should be like. No room at all in the toilet room. Literally cannot close the door while sitting in the toilet. Desk was way too small and no fridge. Just an awfully designed floor plan. Other than that, excellent staff, great heater, and great location.

The hotel is in the perfect location. Close to everything. Room was a bit small and I was next to the closet with the cleaning supplies so there was a lot of bumping once housekeeping started their day but it wasn't enough to make me move. You can't miss with this hotel. The staff was friendly and being less than a block away from the sea was stellar. I would definitely recommend.

The staffs were courteous and pleasant when we asked for directions, the room was clean and bed was comfortable. The hotel is in a good location, walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shopping centers and tram/train stations.
