"I was here for 3 days - a working trip so needed somewhere central that was a reasonable price. The hotel was spotlessly clean and ideal for a short stay. There are no facilities as such but the common areas were also clean tidy and functional. I didn't order breakfast so can't review that. There was a bit of a language barrier as some of the reception staff didn't speak English but that is my issue rather than theirs - I need to learn basic Spanish! Overall, spotlessly clean, room cleaned daily and new toiletries and towels provided daily. Can't complain - reasonable rates, good clean comfy functional rooms and centrally located just near the bus station. Would recommend for a cheap short stay."

"We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend, firstly the really positive points: Staff were amazing, so helpful and couldn't do enough for you. Lovely pool area, really clean and always sunbeds available. We paid slightly more for a room next to the pool and would really recommend doing this. Food absolutely stunning, we ate breakfast most mornings and the variety and quality of the food was fantastic. We also had lunch and dinner on numerous days and always of a fantastic standard. It's a lovely quiet location, there are a few high quality restaurants within walking distance and also a Carrefour, as we had a fridge in the room we were able to buy water, beers, cokes etc and bring them back to the hotel. Overall, a fabulous stay and we will definitely be back! A couple of very minor points that could be improved: Bathroom amenities were a bit low quality (apart from lovely handsoap) and they weren't replenished when they ran out. I also feel a box of tissues would have been good. Coffee pods were not replenished regularly in the room. The balcony got covered in bird poo daily and didn't seem to be cleaned, we wiped down the table and chairs each night to sit out there. The breakfast was amazing and so varied and tasty although the temperature of the food was always quite cold, think they need better hot plates. There is a microwave though and we put our plated breakfast in it for a minute and it was great."

"This place is ok, although it has the potential to be lovely. Its having a rebuild at the moment, but silly rules like a deposit for towels and not being able to use your room ones and having to pay to rent a certain type of sun bed really let it down. They also didnt supply coffee in the rooms. Location is ok etc, hotel again could make up for it. Overall we would stay again because of how close to torreviaja it is, otherwise wouldnt rush back until they sorted the basics. Theres Shower was great and bed was lovely in a superior room."
