Lots of variety of food. The chef Sachin was on the floor checking and getting feedback. He even helped with getting us the cutlery when asked. The dosa station was really good. Only thing the dining staff was not switched on. We asked them for napkin, they forgot. There should be a sections given to each staff to manage their patrons so everyone is looked after.

I booked a twin bed but they gave me queen bed. I had to call them 4-5 times to fix it but they were unable to fix it until midnight that to i have to go personally to the front desk and wait there for almost 3 hours before they could fix it. The duty Manager seems to be clueless or he is not from the industry

Clean, well-staffed, good restaurants, and I appreciated the reusable glass water bottles. Yet, the rooms can use improvement - the rooms have very low lighting making it difficult to get ready in front of a mirror and there are no electrical outlets in the bathroom or near any mirror, so if you need to use a curling iron or other electrical item to get ready, then you will have a hard time in these rooms. There was also maintenance happening and my windows were covered in plastic making the room even darker and it was occasionally loud with maintenance noises, customers shouldn't be expected to to pay full price during the maintenance. But overall, clean and staff were great.
