My husband and I enjoyed the nearby shopping and restaurants. We did feel like "outsiders" from the cruise crowd. We didn't care for the parking which required a cart to transport our luggage to the room. Check in was confusing.

Food was not good and overpriced. Nothing fresh. Wish the outside lights were lowered when the northern lights are out. Property was well maintained and safe Staff was kind and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable.

Big cruise type hotel, moving hundreds in and out. Rooms old and need renovating, thin walls and ceilings, noisy. Disappointed in restaurant quality, esp their top King Salmon, disappointing salmon prep (esp for Alaska). Good part was closeness to Denali Park entrance and regular shuttles. Would not stay there again.

Nothing was notes at time of reservation that this hotel is multiple buildings that are not handicap accessible. When questioned at check in they did help us get to room. When I called to get the help at check out the girl was rude and refused. Only after calling back to talk to manager were we helped.

Gorgeous surrounding scenery!

Wonderful stay! It appears to be eco friendly but the recycle bins are deposited in the land fill bins by staff. An important step.
