Hotels.com states it had shuttle from 3:30 to 1:30am and it was not true I had to pay $20 uber to get there I arrived at 11:30pm and got out of the airport at 12:00am. I was then given a room that another guest was already in it. I thankfully was not able to go in the room the other guest had a safety lock on. I was not able to sleep as I felt in safe due to the lack of safety checks from receptionist had.

The location close to the airport was great and very convenient. The daily breakfast was also good, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, once inside the room, cell service completely dropped, and the hotel Wi-Fi was terrible slow, unreliable, and barely usable. Service was spotty at best, which made the stay very frustrating. While the room appeared clean at first glance, it was still dusty and had hair present, which was disappointing. Additionally, the window blinds were difficult to operate and not user-friendly, adding to the inconvenience. I’ve stayed at many Holiday Inn locations and usually have great experiences, but this one did not meet the standard I expect from the brand. The staff was polite, which was appreciated, but the connectivity and room issues overshadowed the positives. Because of these problems, I will not book another stay at this location, despite the good breakfast and convenient airport location

Did use breskfast or shuttle. Desk clerk said she needed our vehicle license number , gave it to her she said she would register it with the property security company. But when we got to our car early the n morning their was a notice that our vehicle was not registered and needed to do such ASAP.
