The room was clean, but for the price, they should offer daily maid service, even if they don't replace the towels. The shower floor was so slippery, it is incredible I do not have a closed head injury. Drunk guy in the lobby, it seemed he was following us home, but he turned out to be a guest. The front desk person helped him get into the elevator by himself and hopefully find his room.

Beautiful Hotel in an Ideal Location

So convenient to Union Station. And loved that an upgrade was available for us! We had the most amazing room, which was a perfect end to our vacation week! We will always stay here when passing through or staying at Denver.

This was a wonderful stay! I highly recommend! Staff went above and beyond for us after our plane was delayed multiple times. Very clean, great breakfast and a 24hr shuttle to and from the airport. We’re looking forward to coming back!
