The room with queen beds is still small-you have to enter the beds from one side only as the other side is almost all the way against a wall. The bathroom door is a barn door that slides close on the ouside of the door frame. So there really is no true privacy as you can see into in the bathroom of both edges of the door.

The service was terrible. Never answer the hotel lobby phone. They added on a fee for snacks we weren’t informed about. Not worth the high prices. Not impressed!!!

Hotel Indigo is chic, affordable, boutique hotel. The property is well-maintained, and the staff is very welcoming. It’s just a short walk from Union Station. I opted for a $10 train ride from the airport instead of an $85 Uber. This hotel is clean, convenient and comfortable; inconspicuously nice.

Very, very pleased with our stay. We had a corner room on the 5th floor. Concrete floors and walls made it super quiet; heard nothing from the rooms around us or anything on the street. The bed was very comfortable and the BIG bonus: we were able to set the AC super low and make it really cold when we slept. Would definitely stay again. (I will be reviewing the restaurant separately: but dont stay for that)
