Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the trash

Please place the towels in the washing machine and start the cycle. Detergent is in the cupboard in the laundry room—no more than 8 towels per load.
Place dishes in the dishwasher and start. Dishwasher pods are located below the sink in the kitchen
If traveling with pets, please pick up any messes in the yard with the provided pooper scooper and put them in the provided bucket in the backyard.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Quiet hours are 10 PM-8 AM. Subject to a FINE of $400 if the neighbors complain of excessive noise. No campers, RVs, or buses are parked at the house

Excellent family getaway

The Colorado house is everything you’d want from a VRBO. Cute, clean, fun, cozy. We came to visit our daughter at Regis and brought her 4 brothers along. Plenty of space for everyone and a backyard to play in. We were also easily able enjoy homemade family dinners.
