"The room was brilliant, beds very comfortable, the receptionists were great!
Phone from room wasn't getting through to reception. The pool and jacuzzi water did not look particularly clean when I used them. I would also add that I found one of the male restaurant workers to come across quite cold and even though I speak Spanish fluently, he kept frowning at me and replying in English. No issues in this sense with any other team member.
Apart from this, a wonderful hotel experience and I would certainly return! :)"
