Hotel personnel is great. Old premises. Should have a direct connection with T2 international internally within the hotel, that should be good, especially in very early hours or very late in the evening. Also, breakfast is expensive, should be different choices if we want few items to eat/drink instead of that full buffet. Should also be early opening for flights after 3 am. They open now at 5 am but should be earlier.

Standard holiday inn at the airport. You r paying a lot for the convenience. But most of us have no choice if arriving late or leaving early. The hotel has seen better days as it has been heavily used. Great staff though

Un hotel caro que es un hotel o aparthotel juvenil, muy básico, había que reclamar para que hagan la habitación, la gente que ordena o limpia en el desayuno apenas eran las 10 en punto empezaban a hacer ruido, movían las sillas ordinariamente haciendo ruido con todo lo que levantaban. Airport hotel is super convenient but has seen better days. Lots of wear n tear evident. My bed needs new mattress badly. AC unit made a big racket in the middle of the night n I had to wake up to turn it off. Staff good! Dinner also excellent n reasonably priced. Expensive priced hotel to pay for the convenience.

Needed an overnight by the airport and this was perfect. Less than 5 minutes walk from the international terminal and a 1 minute walk from domestic. Good food in the lounge. Quick checkin. No complaints.

Comfortable and clean

Very pleasant check in staff person with impeccable English. The room was clean and comfortable. We had dinner at the restaurant and the hake was cooked perfectly.

We stayed at the hotel twice in February ( 19th and on the 23rd and 24th). First prior to our domestic flight to Rapa Nui then before our international flight to Canada. The hotel is ideally located between the the Domestic and Internal terminals at SCL Airport, just a few minutes saunter from either terminal. The added perk of being able to leave our extra bags at the hotel while we went to and from Rapa Nui, was very beneficial and much appreciated. The hotel common areas, the restaurant, bar and breakfast areas were excellent. The rooms however, could some TLC as chipped paint and dirt in the corners and the carpet was stained in both rooms. We did experience several problems with our room during our second stay HOWEVER, the actions of the gentleman at the front desk and then the lady who was the night manager on both nights, were simply excellent. Their customer service was wonderful, so much so that the manager personally came to our room to see the problem and offered us a new room and complimentary breakfast coupons. We understand that things break but how the hotel reacts is the true customer service test. In this case their response was outstanding. The hotel is a bit pricy, but because its excellent location and great staff we would recommend.
