While check-in and out were easy, and the room was clean but really small, there were problems. The room was way to warm when we checked in. We turned the temp down and went to our event. We came back 5 hours later and it was still hot. Uncomfortable to sleep. When I tried to get hot water to clean up, I had to let the water run 6-7 minutes to get even moderately warm. The process of logging into WiFi is counter-intuitive, giving the impression that you must join your club to get access. I was able to sign in, and the speed was OK, but it left a bad taste in my mouth. Breakfast was well done, good choices and quality. Overall was not a great experience.

Had ants in my room. The room wasn’t very clean. Got woke up at 3:30 am because of the snow plows scraping outside the window. The coughing of the neighbors through the thin wall kept me up the rest of the night after that

Staff was excellent and facility was very nice. Bed was too hard and breakfast didn’t include any meat unless you had a breakfast sandwich but we cannot eat bread.

Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic. The pool was well maintained. The only issue was the size of the room is very small and not what we expected.

Highly Disappointed

I was enjoying myself until there was nightly running and laughing in the hallways. It appeared to have been several teenage sports teams staying there. The next day I found out that my account was overcharged for 'incidentals'. Checkout was 1 December 2024. The pending charges for all three rooms that my family reserved and paid for are now transactions. Also, the cleaning person came in at least twice during our stay. However, the trashcan by the desk was not dumped either time. There were no towels in the pool area.
