The Kensington Hotel is located in a quiet residential neighborhood near downtown London with easy access to the subway. The staff is excellent, special thanks to Boyan at the Reception, Diego and Laszlo at the K Bar.

Good place to stay

it's a nice hotel to stay at. Staff friendly and kind. The picture is misleading as many of the rooms are small and the bathrooms tiny. That's the only thing i find disappointing you do need too up grade the room. The food is very good.

Treated us like family, arrived having picked up food poisoning from the airline and the entire staff were so incredibly thoughtful and helpful. I was alone with my son and I knew we were in good hands. They helped me arrange medicine, a Dr and in room nurse to manage through. Every detail is thought of and worth a MUCH higher rate for what you receive staying here.

As a five-star hotel, excellence and luxury is expected. Toilet sink drainage not the best (reported and partially repaired). Staff though were very professional and attentive and even provided us with some macarons for the inconvenience. Breakfast, I’m sure, is scrumptious, though at £32 a head we gave it a miss.

Terrific service and the hotel is a nice mix of modern comfort and traditional upscale british elegance. Breakfast was excellent and the bar is delightful. Of all the many hotels in London I’ve stayed at this is a new favorite. I’ll be back for sure.

Schönes Hotel, Frühstück nicht besonderes gut oder gesund. Es wurde wegen der nicht fertiges Zimmer das Frühstück kostenlos Geschenk, aber am Ende wurde doch von meiner Kreditkarte abgezogen. Ich habe nachgefragt, wurde gesagt, dass das Geld zurück überwiesen wird und auch eine Rechnung gesendet wird. Bis jetzt ist nichts passiert. Seit 1 Woche. Das finde ich unprofessionell. Ich hatte nicht vor dort zu frühstücken.
