Rooms were clean and pool looked really clean too. The breakfast was fresh with options from people with different dietary needs. Elham, in the dining area was kind and helpful, and the men at the front desk were great too.

The staff were very polite and easy to deal with. The complimentary breakfast and gym/pool facilities were a nice touch. My only real complaint is that housekeeping didnt get around to our room when we had the card on the door for one of the days during our stay while we were out.

Requested early checkin and first floor room due to needing get ready for an event. Room wasnt availablle. Went and had lunch, came back an hour later and told others had just checked out and it would be the next one cleaned. It would be at least a half hour. We were offered a room on the 4th floor which we had to take. Otherwise the room was clean, comfortable and we enjoyed a nice breakfast before checking out.
