Overall the stay was good. Staff were very nice. Hotel lounge and bar area was nice. Rooms could use some help. There was a large stain in the middle of the carpet and one of the window curtains had a large tear and one of the lamps didn’t work. Bathrooms were nice and spacious. The super bonus was the continental breakfast. That may have been the best included hotel breakfast ever had. Many options, and everything was hot and delicious. Would easily stay again for the breakfast alone.

Everything was excellent. The staff verry helpful with anything we needed including swapping my room for another one that had a balcony-sliding glass door. The bar staff was excellent as well very friendly and attentive and the food was delicious! Not many options but i would highly recomended the burger or the chicken strips!

The good: quiet room, clean and a good variety of choices for breakfast. The not-so-good: front desk staff could be friendlier and more professional, no towels at the pool, hot tub was hot but not running, carpet had many stains and bathroom wallpaper in disrepair. A little attention to detail and some upkeep would make this hotel a real winner.

Pool/Hot Tub area was disgusting = never used facility - badly needs to be renovated. Although said it had - No WIFI. Suite was below average - stain on rug inside bathroom and lotion bottle hanging from wall. Stains on the couch. Only one garbage can for the entire suite. Paid too much money for what received. Expedia should do their due diligence and inspect properties posted on website.

5 Star AWESOME.

The Concierge was helpful, welcoming and friendly from the minute we walked in. The hotel has a beautiful layout. The breakfast spread one of the best I’ve ever had. We enjoyed the pool, gym and bar. We will definitely be back. Thank you for a wonderful visit.

this hotel seemed like a hidden gem. We were impressed with what we got for the price and the daily breakfast really puts it above any other hotel. Lots of hot and cold items, individual milks, applesauce. Really great. Only drawback is our room was right across from the elevator, and we could hear it going at all hours.

Noone at the front desk for check-in and had to wait 15 minutes for someone to arrive. This is 5 PM which would be a busy check-in time. Bar had noone sitting at ut, I was the only customer. Drinks and food were terrible. Bartender on the phone talking through her ear piece most of the time. Hotel was virtually empty, I've never seen it this empty. Service was overall terrible.

The hot tub was a reason we chose to go there. It was barely warm and the button for the jets was broken. We had to call the front desk 3 times to ask for towels bc there werent any. They kept saying theyd bring them and they didnt. I booked the room that said "sleeps 3" with a king bed and a pull out sofa bed. The sofa bed had been closed with dirty sheets on them and was stuck. We tried, staff tried, the security guy tried. It wouldnt come out. They kept telling me that the couch beds are not guaranteed, most rooms dont have them, but they clearly advertised for them. When we got there we could see a small patch on the ceiling above the toilet that looked recently wet. Saturday after arriving back, there was plaster all over from where it had fallen. Staff were not helpful at all.
