Professional check-in service, and we were offered rom options - upper or lower floor, near or away from elevator, bridge view, etc. Room was very clean and spacious. We only stayed one night but it was great. Expedia mentioned a continental breakfast but the hotel said they didn't offer this. It was fine, but I just wanted to mention it so others (including Expedia) would know.
