Staff was very nice, friendly and professional. Anthony is Awesome! Super friendly, helpful and informative. He made the stay very pleasant along with all the staff that we interacted with. The rooms, well that’s another story. Worn out bedding, stained, has holes and just needs to all be replaced. The bathroom had cracked tiles on the floor, 1 tile was replaced with a non matching one, carpet stained light fixtures looked dirty and paint peeling. Rooms in desperate need of repairs and updating. Especially for the priced charged.

The free self parking was very easy and convenient. The hallways and lobby were clean and the staff at the front desk and all over the property were very nice. The hotel room though left more to be desired. The carpet in the room had stains all over it along with the chairs in the room. The curtains had stains and rips and tears all over them. The pillow covers and bed sheets were dirty unfortunately. The steakhouse was delicious.

For the cost, the casino room should be a bit improved. However, the bed was comfortable and there was a coffee machine! They are renovating the casino, and I believe this should be mentioned before booking online. Additionally, during check-in, I wasn't acknowledged as a VIP member, or about my $15 credit per stay, or offered an upgrade if available.

The room was okay-ish. It was super convenient since we were there for the Red Wings fanfest, but the bed is hard as a rock, the tv wouldn't connect to Netflix or Prime Video. You also couldn't cast to it from a phone or computer. The room was always hot even with their conditioning on 65 and the fan on constant. And needless to say, drunk people coming home from the casino at 4am just don't know how to be even a tiny bit quiet. But maybe that's what this hotel is ment to be for...people who drink, gamble and sty out until all hours. I fully understand that the casino is where you make your money and it makes sense for the place to cater to them. I typically stay at Hilton hotels and absolutely love them. I guess I just thought that this was 3 times the price it would be 3 times as good.

The room was not worth the money I paid, for it to be rated a 4star hotel it was lacking, no room service. In order to eat to had to walk a mile to get to 1 restaurant . Not to mention I’m handicapped, so I ws unable to do all that walking. I had to door dash food and pay those fees because this 4 start hotel doesn’t provide room service.

This was an awful stay, our room wasn’t ready then the birthday girl said she would call when it was ready, she never called we waited and waited. We never got our credit and when we DID get to our room they were STILL cleaning at 6 :25 pm so we couldn’t get input room . This was our first stay here and will definitely be our last. The floors are stained and have burn holes in them. We were on the seventh floor. It smelled awful.
