Check in using expedia was a mess. They didnt have my name or the itinerary number on file at the desk. After an hour and the girl at the front desk getting some calls made she figured it out and got us checked in. First 20 min was waiting for a person to get off break. Checked in at about 7pm.

The room was comfortable. Although breakfast was advertised on the website, we were told at checkin that they do not offer breakfast on weekends. The pool (unheated) was way overcrowded with many young unsupervised screaming children.

As soon as we walked into the room after a long day of driving, the first thing we noticed was a cockroach on the wall. Without hesitation, we decided to leave and find a more comfortable Airbnb.

Falling apart

The hotel was a mess. We had to go down and get out own sheets and make the bed. They didn't even have the sheets for us in the room. They don't clean well because there was a huge chunk of meat next to the bed my toddler almost ate (so gross). The room is falling apart. The screen was just leaning against the building and the door handles were super loose. The room smelled like smoke so bad we had to go buy febreeze. They said the hotel was empty but yet there wasn't a room to switch to.
