Great stay

The hotel lobby and restaurants were nice, but the rooms were dirty and outdated. Food was really good and the restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful along with the bellhops.

Definitely stay here!

The hotel staff are very nice and accommodating. The rooms were exactly as shown in the picture, it was very clean and kept up to date. J definitely got more than I paid for and would definitely recommend. It is also safe and secure, they have checks before going into the hotel and is patrolled by security outside the building. Will definitely be staying here again.

Amazing stay, great breakfast buffet, extremely comfortable rooms and amenities, out class service. From the guard at the door to the laundry guy to the people at the breakfast to the room cleaning service, every one met you with a smile and offered to help. I will definitely come back here if I end up coming to Dhaka again. Wifi was also ok, not bad and not amazing either, but good enough to get the job done.

Safe and adequately furnished hotel

Came late at 1am for check in. Hotel is about 20mins from the airport. Staff couldn't find my Expedia reservation and made me wait for about 15mins in the lobby. Called me and told me that they had to upgrade my room due to full occupancy. And told me candidly ' this is the only time Sir'.... Hey man it's not my fault that u have overbooked yr hotel? I was puzzled. I am extremely also unhappy that even though I have a room with a meeting point, I couldn't bring my partner up to my room for a meeting. Abit of a rubbish explanation. However if u want to have a comfortable stay and safe hotel environment then this is the hotel to book. Breakfast was similar all three nights that I stayed but food quality and taste was consistent and tasty. Overall a good experience and stay. Hope they can be less rigid on genuine business personals using the hotel.

Excellent hotel. Free shuttle service to and from the airport is very convenient. The gym and pool on the 14th floor are both very quiet and under-used. Good breakfast with a wide range of local and western foods.
