Room wasn’t very clean and looked like the bed had been slept on, it had a damp smell and the door didn’t seal so letting wind in. Also there is no “rainfall shower” Staff are friendly and there’s ample parking

DISGUSTING!!! DO NOT BOOK EVER! The rooms were smelly for the previous person smoking and having been tried to cover up with air freshener! We had young kids and couldn't stay, there were no alternative rooms so had to go elsewhere at the last minute!

Friendly and helpful staff. Room dirty and smells of stale cigarettes, burn holes in the duvet cover, tiny flies everywhere, very grubby.
