Liebe Sarah,vielen Dank für Ihren Besuch und Ihr Feedback.Wir freuen uns sehr, dass Sie sich bei uns insgesamt wohl gefühlt haben und Ihnen die Lage unseres Hotel zugesagt hat. Des weiteren freut sich unser motiviertes Reinigungsteam immer sehr über das Lob unserer Gäste.Wir bedauern es allerdings ungemein, dass Sie mit dem Zustand unseres Hauses nicht hundertprozentig zufrieden waren. Ihren Hinweis werden wir nutzen, um uns weiter zu verbessern aber verweisen darauf, dass unsere Räumlichkeiten ständig modernisiert und auf den neuesten Stand gebracht werden. Hei, Kiitos arviostanne hotelliamme kohtaan! Mukavaa, että piditte sijainnistamme. Hotellimme on mukana ilmaston suojelu ohjelmassa, jonka vuoksi ilmastointi ei ole päällä silloin, kun huone on tyhjillään. Pahoittelemme huoneen viilenemisestä aiheutunutta viivettä. Henkilökuntamme pyrkii parhaansa palvelemaan asiakkaitamme englannin kielellä, pahoittelemme, jos tässä oli epäselvyyttä. Hienoa, että aamupala oli maistuva, sen turvin on hyvä aloittaa päivä.
