Disappointing

The online information did not make it clear that this hotel tries to combine the features of Hotel / Hostel / Youth Hostel specialising in student groups and school journeys. This is an uncomfortable mixture of hotel guests staying alongside over excited 14 year olds who don't want to sleep - ever! - and who spend the night visiting each others' rooms. The double room we occupied was tiny, with no room to walk comfortably on either side of the bed and with the most basic of furniture - two folding wooden chairs which took up all the remaining space in the room when in use. No room safe either :( The cost was not cheap. The shower room was fine, water hot and there was a roof top bar with a great view. The staff were lovely, helpful, friendly, but we felt conned.

Für den Preis war alles super! Nettes Personal, das Zimmer war ordentlich und gut ausgestattet.

Einzig die Umgebung ist etwas schuddelig. Personal war durchgehend sehr freundlich und gab uns gute Tipps. Zimmer tiptop und die 2 sauberen Badezimmer im 2er Zimmer waren sehr praktisch. Im 7. Stock war kein Strassenlärm störend und die laut ins Schloss fallenden Türen kann man/frau ja leise von Hand schliessen. Trotz einigen lebendigen, spritzigen Schulklassen war es wärend unserer 2 Übernachtungen nachts ruhig. Die Frühstücksmöglichkeit haben wir nicht genutzt weil es relativ laut im Raum.war ( Vollbelegung) und vor allem sehr warm. Aussentemperatur ca. 28 Grad

Wusste nicht ,dass Übernachtung in Mehrbettzimmer gemischt / Mann + Frau.ich würde im Zimmer von Mann belästigt/der rezeption war das egal.. Also Frauen nur Einzelzimmer mieten!!!!

Für kurzen Aufenthalt ok

Hotel kann man für Jugendreisen anbieten, nahe Lage am Stadtzentrum, gute verkehrstechnische Anbindung. DDR-Plattenbau zum "Hotel" umgebaut, besser als die Platte abzureißen, es wird aber kein vollwertiges Hotel.Zimmer nach hinten wünschen, vorn läuft vielbefahrene Bahnstrecke. Eine Bar auf dem Dach bietet gastronomisch wenig, aber einen schönen Ausblick über die Stadt und Rauchern auf der Freifläche Gelegenheit , Personal bemüht.Hatte ohne Frühstück gebucht,deshalb keine Bewertung möglich.
